Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) is required.
• 2–3 years' experience in Mall/Retail or property management.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with technical software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all mall equipment and facilities remain in optimal working condition to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections of electromechanical systems, utilities, and mall facilities.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities in compliance with standards and schedules.
• Monitor utilities consumption and implement energy-conservation measures.
• Track, update, and communicate the status of work requests to stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise during troubleshooting, testing, commissioning, and validation of systems.
• Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation and maintenance records.
• Oversee construction, renovation, and repair activities ensuring safety and design compliance.
• Prepare, review, and evaluate plans, scope of works, and cost estimates for projects.
• Implement and support mall safety programs to minimize risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
