Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in commercial property management, emergency response and safety responsibilities.
• Resident of Manila or nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day equipment operations and facilities maintenance in a mall setting.
• Report to Operations Head and Engineer Head and management team.
• Ensure compliance with safety, life safety, audit and regulatory requirements across the property.
• Prepare/submit engineering reports, updates, and budget reviews.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and CAPEX project execution for the property.
• Review and process purchase requests and contracts related to engineering services.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for building operations.
