ALPLA INC. is seeking a Maintenance Technician-Operator to install, commission, and maintain mechanical and electrical parts of manufacturing equipment. You will troubleshoot issues, monitor operation, and ensure optimal machine performance with minimal downtime.

You will also participate in changeover activities for EBM, ISBM, and IM-cap, record production data, and uphold ISO/Food Safety standards in a fast-paced facility.

Qualificações

• In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical technology.
• Basic knowledge of office software and ability to learn maintenance software for data input and parts research.
• Knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP, 5S and Safety are required.
• Good interpersonal and intrapersonal communication to discuss production concerns.
• Ability to speak and understand English.

Responsabilidades

• Install, commission, and maintain mechanical and electrical parts of machines.
• Troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and monitor machine operation to minimize downtime.
• Test or modify electrical machinery or control equipment.
• Ensure machines run at optimum capacity with reduced downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues (alarms, caps/bottles, sensors, mold, filters, fasteners).
• Participate in EBM, ISBM, IM-cap changeover activities.
• Check machine and peripheral equipment conditions.
• Record hourly production output, waste, downtime, and causes.
• Contribute to Root Cause Analysis for downtime and quality issues.
• Weigh scraps and encode into ALPLA Waste system; label containers.
• Observe Safety, 5S and GMP in production areas; comply with Food Safety and ISO standards.
