Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems in the Philippines.

As part of the Engineering and Technical Services team, you will perform preventive maintenance, handle repairs, and assist with installation and modification of building equipment under supervision, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.
• Deliver output by following defined procedures under supervision.
