Job summary

Qualiblend, Inc. is seeking an industrial maintenance technician to operate in San Juan City, Metro Manila. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, ensuring reliable operation.

Requirements include a high school diploma with vocational training and 1–3 years in industrial maintenance. Shifts are required, and duties include documentation and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Conduct routine checks of machinery, equipment, building structures, and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, to identify potential issues.
• Diagnose and resolve a variety of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests, such as power outages or equipment failure, to minimize downtime.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Comply with all safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.

Education

High School graduate with vocational training in building maintenance technology/industrial maintenance/related field
