Chef's Secret Inc. seeks an Assistant Maintenance Manager/Maintenance Supervisor to bridge management strategy and hands-on execution.

You will lead a technical team to minimize manufacturing equipment downtime, manage preventive maintenance, and ensure facility utilities comply with safety regulations. Ideal candidate holds a mechanical engineering degree with 3–5 years in industrial plant maintenance (food manufacturing/FMCG preferred) and at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in industrial plant maintenance with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with food-grade machinery and electrical systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and assign daily tasks to technicians based on priorities.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or electrical breakdowns on the production floor.
• Maintain facility utilities and STP operations in safety compliance.
• Monitor spare parts and tool stock levels to avoid delays.
• Support team training and assess work quality.
