Private Advertiser seeks an Engineering Manager to lead daily plant engineering activities and drive preventive maintenance strategies in a食品 manufacturing setting. You will manage projects, oversee budgets, and build a high-performing team ensuring safety, GMP, and regulatory compliance in a heavy production environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering with at least 3 years in an Engineering Manager role within FMCG/food manufacturing, and willingness to be based in Muntinlupa

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or related discipline)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Engineering Manager role within the Food Manufacturing, FMCG, or related manufacturing industry
• Strong technical expertise in plant utilities and maintenance, including process equipment, refrigeration systems, ventilation, electrical power, water, steam, compressed air systems, and rotating equipment
• Licensed Engineer is preferred
• Willing to be based in Muntinlupa City

• Oversee engineering budgets, including maintenance, utilities, and capital expenditures, while driving cost optimization and resource efficiency.
• Build high-performing engineering teams and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, GMP, food safety, and regulatory standards.
