Job summary

Century Pacific Agricultural Ventures Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all conveyor systems and transfer equipment at the coconut manufacturing facility.

You will lead maintenance teams to minimize downtime and uphold food safety and occupational safety standards. The role requires overseeing preventive maintenance programs, enforcing LOTO procedures, and driving continuous improvement in equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering; Licensed Engineer is an advantage.
• Experience in food manufacturing or industrial maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and GMP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of belt, screw, inclined, chain, roller conveyors and transfer systems.
• Ensure inspection, alignment, lubrication, and tensioning of belts, chains and drive systems.
• Monitor condition of motors, gearboxes, bearings, rollers, pulleys and supports.
