Job summary

Asia Brewery Incorporated in Laguna, Cabuyao is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee electrical, controls, instrumentation and automation maintenance for utilities, operation and process equipment.

Responsibilities include securing control panels and rooms, driving preventive maintenance to reduce downtime, and developing audit tools while keeping the team updated with new procedures. Shift work is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years working experience in the maintenance field.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead teams.
• Experience in electrical maintenance and controls is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform troubleshooting and correction of electrical, controls, instrumentation, and automation parts for utilities, operation and process machines.
• Prepare reports after major corrective maintenance (ISR, CCAR, emergency work orders, logbook, log sheet).
• Ensure security of electrical control panels, electrical control room, and main electrical control room.
• Ensure effectiveness of preventive maintenance to minimize downtime by analysis and measurements.
• Develop preventive maintenance audit tools and conduct audits across business units.
• Update maintenance team with new procedures and operational information.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervision and Performs trouble shooting and correction of electrical, controls, Instrumentation and Automation assembly parts for Utilities, Operation and Process machines


• Preparation of reports (etc. ISR, CCAR, Emergency work orders, logbook, log sheet) after each and every electrical and instrumentation major corrective maintenance or as may be directed by the superior


• Responsible in securing Electrical control panels, Electrical Control room, Main electrical controlRoom


• Ensure effectiveness of Preventive Maintenance over downtime as position’s Key Performance Indices (KPI) by analysis, measurements and developing tools.


• Develop preventive maintenance audit tools and conduct audits on all Business Units in a timely manner.


• Update maintenance team with any new procedures and operational information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably with License in Electrical Engineering


• With 3 to 5 years working experience in the same field.


• With depth knowledge and experience in Maintenance.


• Must strong and excellent leadership skills.


• Willing in shifting schedule.
