The role involves planning subordinates' work schedules aligned with production load and coordinating maintenance across departments.

The incumbent will implement scheduled preventive maintenance, analyze overhauls, and ensure equipment remains reliable to support continuous manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance supervisory role in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep equipment in operational mode with minimal downtime for production use.
• Plan the work schedule of subordinates based on production load and headcount.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role within a manufacturing / production environment is required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for keeping the equipment in Operational mode at minimal downtime and ready for production use, planning the work schedule of subordinates based on the production load and headcount, communicating and coordinating with other departments concerning machine maintenance-related problems. Responsible for the implementation of scheduled preventive maintenance of equipment, analyzing and providing preventive actions during machine overhauling while ensuring that equipment is in good running condition at all times to ensure manufacturing support at all times and to prevent equipment failure or unplanned machine downtime and hit the 100% PM rate.
