A construction and development company in Batangas is seeking a Maintenance Staff member to support the entire project site. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, ensuring sanitation, assisting in troubleshooting, and supporting surveying activities. Applicants should preferably have experience in housekeeping or landscape maintenance, be able to drive a motorcycle, and have at least 1-year experience in construction. Willingness to work in Lipa City is required.
