Job summary

ACG World is seeking a maintenance professional to lead mechanical maintenance activities for process and utility equipment, ensuring high uptime and energy-efficient operations across the facility.

The role requires executing improvement projects, adhering to safety and cGMP guidelines, and supporting capacity expansion and ECR goals. The incumbent will maintain logs, assist in SOP development, and coordinate with engineering teams to sustain plant performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute energy saving and other improvement projects as per the plan to support departmental goals.
• Ensure zero breakdown on account of mechanical failures and minimize downtime.
• Carry out preventive maintenance for process and utility equipment and update logs.
• Maintain cGMP standards on the shopfloor and support SOP documentation.
• Support Engineering and other functions in capacity expansion and ECR objectives.
• Submit daily and weekly equipment monitoring and PM compliance reports.
