Job summary

Ivoclar EMEA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide hands-on technical support for the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, machinery, and facilities.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot PLC issues, assist with installations, and support IQ/OQ activities to minimize downtime and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• College or vocational graduate with technical background.
• Technical certification (NCII) or associate degree in mechanical or electrical preferred.
• Understanding of GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA regulatory requirements is a plus.
• At least 2 years' experience in manufacturing setup.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform electrical installations for machines and related equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair machine issues, including PLC-related problems.

• Support equipment qualification activities such as IQ, OQ, and risk assessments.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the work area following 5S standards.
