Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation (URC) is seeking a Maintenance Planner for its Malvar Batangas site. The role focuses on planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment availability and minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in maintenance, a background in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, and experience with SAP CMMS. You will lead PM meetings and ensure proper documentation and cost control.

Qualifications

• College level in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• 3+ years experience in related field.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and technologies.
• Experience with plant utilities maintenance.
• Experience with SAP CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance work.
• Review SAP notifications and update plans within 24 hours.
• Lead planning and scheduling meetings.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain documentation and records of maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance costs and CAPEX projects.
• Enroll spare parts into BOM and inventory management.
