Job summary

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing maintenance planning experience.
• Knowledge of maintenance best practices and PM/CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and production impact.
• Ensure technicians have tools and resources for planned and emergency work orders.
• Maintain work order files, KPI tracking, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement for parts and service requests and manage downtime negotiations.
