Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing with focus on maintenance planning or projects.
• Knowledge of maintenance best practices, preventive and predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure tools and resources are available for maintenance work orders.
• Create PRs in SAP and Coupa; follow up POs with Procurement.
• Update SAP and Coupa catalog with maintenance data.
• Track work orders and maintenance KPIs (PM, backlog, etc.).
• Lead safety, quality, and productivity improvements related to maintenance.
