Job summary

Pacific Synergy Food and Beverage Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Planner to develop and sustain preventive maintenance plans for equipment, utilities, and facilities. You will prioritize corrective, preventive, and predictive activities based on equipment condition and operational needs.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering and experience in maintenance planning, manufacturing, or plant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• Experience in maintenance planning or plant operations.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with CMMS/SAP or similar systems is an advantage.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance plans for equipment, utilities, and facilities.
• Plan corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance based on equipment conditions.
• Prepare detailed work orders, job plans, and maintenance schedules for technicians.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to minimize disruption.
• Ensure spare parts, tools, manpower, and materials are available for maintenance.
• Monitor maintenance progress and update records and performance indicators.
