Consistent Frozen Solutions Corporation in the Philippines seeks an Admin Repair and Maintenance Staff to handle routine maintenance of facilities, equipment and infrastructure. You will inspect HVAC, lighting, plumbing, furniture and safety systems to minimize downtime and ensure a safe working environment.
Responsibilities include repairs, cleaning support, inventory of supplies, vendor coordination for repairs, and assistance with event setups. A Motorcycle Driver’s License is required.
The Admin Repair and Maintenance Staff is responsible for administrative and operational functions, ensuring the upkeep and repair of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are efficiently carried out. This role includes performing routine and emergency repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and ensure safe and efficient functioning of all systems.
Inspect and maintain office equipment such as HVAC systems, lights, and electrical systems.
Ensure that plumbing systems (sinks, toilets, etc.) are functioning properly.
Perform regular checks on office furniture and fixtures to identify wear and tear.
Ensure office environments are safe by checking for hazards
Respond to and resolve maintenance requests from staff (e.g., fixing malfunctioning equipment, repairing office furniture).
Conduct minor repairs to walls, ceilings, floors, and doors, including patching holes or repainting.
Fix or replace faulty light fixtures and electrical wiring.
Assist with clearing up after office events or office gatherings.
Assit the Housekeeping in General Cleaning.
Ensure that office complies with health and safety regulations.
Maintain and manage office fire safety equipment, emergency exits, and evacuation routes.
Ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety standards.
Track and order necessary supplies, including cleaning materials, repair tools, and maintenance items.
Maintain a list of equipment and facilities that require regular service.
Report issues on management and make suggestions for improvements or upgrades.
Communicate with vendors or contractors (if needed) for more complex repairs or services.
Assist with setting up office spaces for meetings or special events (e.g., arranging furniture).
Help with any ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Supervisor
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Ability to use various maintenance tools (hand tools, power tools, etc.).
Physical ability to perform light lifting and standing for long periods.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Driver’s License (Motorcycle) is required.
