Job summary

LG Health Inc. seeks a Maintenance Officer to oversee the upkeep and continuous operation of its Pasig office and dialysis center facilities. You will perform hands-on repairs, routine preventive maintenance, and ensure spaces remain safe, functional, and compliant with all standards.

The role requires multi-trade skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry), strong organizational and communication abilities, and the capacity to coordinate with staff and external service providers.

Qualifications

Job description

The Maintenance Officer is a versatile and hands-on professional responsible for the general upkeep, repair, and operational continuity of LGHI’s office and dialysis center facilities. This role ensures that all facilities remain safe, functional, aesthetically maintained, and compliant with operational standards.

Education:

• High School Diploma required; Vocational or technical training in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, or general construction is highly preferred.

Experience:

• Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) as a handyman, maintenance worker, or in a similar facility management role.
• Demonstrated basic to intermediate knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, masonry, and general facility repairs.
• Experience in construction supervision or as a foreman is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance scheduling and technical record-keeping.
• Experience coordinating with third-party service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Valid driver’s license (professional driver's license preferred) with a clean driving record.
• Proven ability to drive large vehicles and ride a motorcycle.
