Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3–5 years in handyman or maintenance role.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry.
• Experience coordinating with third-party service providers.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; ability to drive large vehicles and motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee upkeep of LG Health Inc. office and dialysis center facilities.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure safety, function, and compliance.
