Job summary
Monroe Consulting Group partners with a leading industrial organisation to recruit a Maintenance Manager for a Calaca, Batangas site. The role will drive maintenance strategy, reliability, budget management, and team development in a heavy industry setting.
You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, manage contractor performance, and ensure adherence to EHS standards while coordinating with Operations and Engineering teams. Monday–Friday on-site work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics & Communications).
- At least 5 years in technical and managerial roles in power generation.
- Coal-fired power plant experience highly preferred.
- Registered Engineer (ME/EE) preferred.
- PME/PEE certifications are advantageous.
- 5–8 years in power generation environments with boilers and turbines.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance operations management across the plant.
- Plan and manage budgets and maintenance schedules.
- Develop staff through screening, training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
- Ensure EHS compliance and regulatory adherence across activities.
- Coordinate with Operations, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, and suppliers.
