You will implement a Computerized Maintenance Management System, monitor KPIs, manage projects and budgets, train staff, and collaborate with consultants and management to enhance safety and production performance.

• Develops maintenance procedures and ensures implementation.
• Manages the maintenance program of the Chemical plant facility in Silang, Cavite, to prevent unnecessary and avoidable shutdowns.
• Manages the maintenance program of the Chemical plant facility in Calaca, Batangas, to prevent unnecessary and avoidable shutdowns.
• Manages and supports the maintenance program of the warehouse facility in Marilao, Bulacan.
• Manages and supports the maintenance program of the sites in BGC, Makati and Site C, and other satellite offices.
• Enhances the maintenance program of all facilities to achieve preventive or even predictive maintenance status.
• Conducts regular inspection of all facilities to identify and resolve issues that may arise in different sites.
• Conducts regular inspection of fleet (Tractor head, wingvan, service vehicles, forklift, etc.)
• Manages the staff's scheduling to address concerns, especially during emergency shutdown periods, regardless of the day and time.
• Interacts regularly with the Consultants, 3P Service Providers and Management to improve and optimize the maintenance of all facilities.
• Manages and maintains records of all plant and warehouse equipment being maintained by the maintenance team. Ensures that all maintenance documentations are properly encoded and filed both in electronic format and printed format.
• Plans, executes and manages project timelines, budgets and resources.
• Manages and monitors equipment installation, plant expansion, and process improvement projects.

• Establishes and implements Plans to meet all demands and objectives.
• Participates in Objective Setting, Planning and Development and review of Engineering and Maintenance, Operations and Plant Performance.
• Establishes and maintains a Computerized Maintenance Management System for efficient tracking of work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.
• Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendation for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
• Maintains and Updates Operating and Training Manuals for the Engineering and Maintenance Department Policies and Procedures.
• Responsible for documentation of the best practices of the Plant in terms of Engineering and Maintenance.
• Reviews, evaluates, and approves Purchase Requisitions, Material Requisitions and Spare Parts procurement effort, leads maintenance training effort, identifies/secures/secures critical supply, and leads the maintenance & engineering group during check-out and facility commissioning.
• Tracks, analyzes, and improves key maintenance parameters such as Asset Utilization, Maintenance Cost, PM Compliance, Schedule Compliance, etc. and come up with solutions on perennial and/or Major Machine Problems and Make Solutions.
• Plans and organize facilities works and activities within the department to ensure smooth operation of all equipment and systems.
• Develops plan and program for the improvement of equipment and other related system to fully support production operation and other customer.
• Develops and implements program with respect to cost-saving project.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates the Engineering and Maintenance projects plant wide.
• Ensures health and safety policies are complied with.
• Manages all the resources related to the department such as but not limited to cash fund, equipment and tools and manpower, and items being requested.
• Conducts performance evaluation of staff under his/her department.
• Trains and guide staff under his/her department regarding best practices, policies, and processes.
• Identifies and trains potential leaders.
• Evaluates and improves business processes and policies to comply with the basic standard mandated by the government and management.
• Develops risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency situations.
• Initiates and spearheads improvement programs that will be beneficial to the operations of the department.
• Implements 5S and good housekeeping regularly. Maintains the cleanliness of the whole area assigned to the Maintenance Department.
• Apply clean-as-you-go principle.
• Recommends improvements based on best practices.
• Assists compliance with all internal and external audits.
• Disciplines and counsels’ staff, if needed.
• Ensures that all relevant government permits and licenses are being secured and updated, and all activities are being done in compliance with the mandates of the government.
• Manages interaction with Gov agencies.
• Performs other tasks as determined by immediate supervisor and/or Management.
• Complies and implements all Company policies adherence to Company Code of Conduct and Discipline and Safety Procedures.
• Reports to be submitted to the Management
