Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group, in partnership with a leading industrial organisation, seeks an Assistant Manager - Asset Management Superintendent to lead asset management, reliability, and maintenance excellence within a large-scale power generation setting in Calaca, Batangas.

You will develop lifecycle strategies, oversee preventive maintenance, manage outages, coordinate with engineering and finance, and drive cost optimization while ensuring safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in coal-fired power plants or similar power generation environments.
• Strong people leadership and team development experience.
• Ability to lead in technically demanding plant environments.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Life cycle cost analysis and equipment lifecycle management.
• Work order management and analysis, particularly preventive maintenance.
• Asset performance monitoring.
• Maintenance planning and preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Equipment replacement and condition assessment.
• Spare parts and PPR validation.
• Budget preparation.
• Outage management.
• Coordination with maintenance, operations, planning, procurement, and finance.
