Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Plant Maintenance Manager to lead our site maintenance department in a continuous manufacturing environment. You will drive plant availability, optimize asset reliability, oversee CAPEX/OPEX budgets, and build a high-performing engineering team.

Key responsibilities include directing Mechanical, Electrical, and Preventive Maintenance, leveraging data analytics for KPI improvements, and supervising major overhauls and budget controls to support EBITDA goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in heavy manufacturing or continuous-process operations.
• 5+ years in supervisory or managerial maintenance leadership.
• Proven expertise in preventive/predictive maintenance frameworks.
• Strong financial acumen in managing plant budgets and spare parts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for Mechanical, Electrical, and Preventive Maintenance departments to meet targets.
• Leverage data analytics to improve asset availability, KPIs, and reduce downtime.
• Lead major plant overhauls and critical maintenance projects.
• Manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets, optimize spare parts inventory, drive cost reductions.
• Oversee work order systems and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, and Process units to optimize operations and sustainability.
• Develop the team with performance management and strict EHS compliance.
