Job summary

Holcim Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department for the cement plant. You will direct strategy, oversee preventive maintenance, manage Work Order systems, and ensure data integrity to maximize equipment availability and reliability.

You will control the operating budget, CAPEX, and spare parts inventory while driving cost-reduction initiatives to support EBITDA goals. Strong leadership and a deep knowledge of cement manufacturing are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer; PME preferred.
• 10 years experience in cement operation.
• 5 years in managerial capacity.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cement manufacturing processes.
• Experience with maintenance planning, equipment maintenance and servicing, and relevant operational frameworks.

Job description

The Maintenance Manager directs, controls, integrates, and manages the various functions and activities of the maintenance department for the effective operation and maintenance of plant facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Drives plant-wide maintenance strategy across all units, ensuring alignment with corporate targets, global directives, and client SLAs.

• Oversees preventive maintenance, Work Order systems, and data integrity to maximize equipment availability and reliability.

• Controls the operational budget, manage CAPEX and spare parts inventory, and lead cost-reduction initiatives to support EBITDA goals.

• Leads performance management and technical training, while fostering employee engagement, innovation, and plant-wide efficiency programs.

Requirements:

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer; Preferably a Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME)

• 10 years experience in cement operation; 5 years in managerial capacity

• Comprehensive knowledge of cement manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance and servicing, maintenance planning, and relevant operational frameworks.
