Qualifications

• Technical diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in preventive or mechanical maintenance (manufacturing or industrial setting preferred).
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or on-call schedules, if required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems according to maintenance plans.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify wear, damage, or potential equipment failures.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, adjustments, and minor repairs to prevent breakdowns.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal operational disruption.

• Maintain tools, spare parts, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
• Support corrective maintenance activities as needed during equipment breakdowns.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.
