Job summary

Eagle Cement Corporation (MNL) is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the building and property maintenance in Metro Manila. The role requires deep knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection systems, elevators, pumps, generators, and sewage treatment facilities.

The ideal candidate holds a BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with at least 5 years in maintenance and 2 years in a supervisory capacity. TESDA NC II/III certificates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance experience in building or property management.
• At least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer is an advantage.
• TESDA NC II/NC III certificates preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Philippine Electrical/Mechanical Codes and OSH standards.

Job description

• Familiarity with the Philippine Electrical Code, Philippine Mechanical Engineering Code, Fire Code of the Philippines, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards, and other applicable government regulations
