Job summary

Fame.Dish Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for a multi-branch environment in Metro Manila. You will perform preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and safety-compliance tasks across HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing systems.

The role requires 2–5 years of facilities maintenance experience, an engineering or related diploma, excellent English, and willingness to travel between branches. Competitive monthly salary with allowances and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field.
• Experience: 2–5 years in facilities maintenance, preferably in F&B or retail environments.
• Technical skills: HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing systems (HVAC-R certification a plus).
• Requirements: Excellent English communication, strong problem-solving, and willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance: conduct scheduled inspections, servicing, and filter replacements for HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
• Repairs & Troubleshooting: perform basic plumbing, carpentry, and equipment repairs to resolve facility issues quickly.
• Compliance & Safety: maintain maintenance logs for regulatory audits and handle emergency repairs to prevent downtime.
• Cost & Vendor Control: optimize system performance to lower utility costs and supervise external contractors for major repairs.
• Reporting: submit regular status reports to Restaurant Managers and Senior Leadership.

• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled inspections, servicing, and filter replacements for HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
• Repairs & Troubleshooting: Perform basic plumbing, carpentry, and equipment repairs to resolve facility issues quickly.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain maintenance logs for regulatory audits (BFP, Health Department) and handle emergency repairs to prevent downtime.
• Cost & Vendor Control: Optimize system performance to lower utility costs and supervise external contractors for major repairs.
• Reporting: Submit regular status reports to Restaurant Managers and Senior Leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 2-5 years in facilities maintenance, preferably in F&B or retail environments.
