Job summary

Polymer Link (Phils.) Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) to support Clark Freeport Zone operations in Pampanga.

The role focuses on reliability, availability, and safe operation of production machinery, plant utilities, and facilities. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and equipment improvements to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery.
• Experience in plastics processing environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with EHS, ISO 14001, and environmental compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability, availability, and safe operation of production machinery, plant utilities, and facilities.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance; mechanical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Support EHS/ISO 14001 compliance, inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in equipment improvements to minimize downtime and optimize operations.

Job description

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) to support our manufacturing operations in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the reliability, availability, and safe operation of production machinery, plant utilities, and facilities. The role will focus on preventive and corrective maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, equipment improvement, and production support to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

The plant operates specialized plastics processing equipment, including extruders, grinders, mixers, material handling systems, and auxiliary equipment. Experience in plastics processing, polymer compounding, extrusion, grinding, or similar manufacturing environments is highly advantageous.

The position will also support EHS, environmental compliance, and ISO 14001 requirements, including participation in inspections, audits, documentation, waste management, pollution prevention, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidates with PCO experience or knowledge of DENR/EMB environmental compliance requirements will have an added advantage.
