Job Description

• Actively monitor and evaluate the progress and completion of all Engineering Work Requisition Form, making sure that the uses of resources like manpower, power, and supplies are well within the budget and wastages are avoided. To exercise effective time management so that the target completion dates are attained.
• Prepare daily schedule of maintenance crew, taking into considerations the urgency of work request and personnel’s availability.
• Assessed operation and make recommendation to improved safety, increase productivity, enhanced performance reduced cost.
• Quickly replaced faulty parts and unit wiring and retested system
• Adopt hands on approach in the planning, supervision and control and installation, repair, renovation, and maintenance of all machineries, mold, and equipment and building structures.During the planning stage, scheduling and coordination with the requisitioning of the departments/division are given priority to eliminate unnecessary delays.
• Conducts periodic safety audits and implement safety programs
• Formulate and actively implement preventive maintenance program for plant machinery, equipment, and over-all company structures
• Perform machine repair and preventive maintenance
• Accomplish installation, mounting of electrical equipment and power panels.
• Implement work area sanitation and housekeeping. To strictly observe all fire prevention and work safety measures
• Ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. With more than seven years of work experience in the maintenance and repair of plant facilities and machineries preferably gained from plastic manufacturing companies, one or two years of which is in supervisory capacity.
• Successful candidate will oversee the Engineering’s Department daily activities such as but not limited to maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of production line machineries and equipment, extruder and cutting machine, trouble shoot, repair and replace parts on electrical circuits mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic defects of machineries and equipment.
