Job summary

Passepartout Phils., Inc, a mid-sized manufacturer in MEPZ II, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines, is seeking a Maintenance and EHS Supervisor. You will lead maintenance and EHS across three plants, drive preventive maintenance, ensure DOLE/DENR/ISO compliance, and mentor teams to uphold safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
• DOLE Safety Officer certification (BOSH or COSH) and DENR Pollution Control Officer accreditation.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Experience managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities to ensure efficient and safe operation of machinery and facilities.
• Schedule, assign, and monitor maintenance work orders based on priorities and production needs.
• Lead EHS activities across three sites with risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
• Oversee safety protocols, chemical management, waste management, and emergency readiness plans.
• Prepare and submit maintenance reports and KPIs; manage budgets and inventory.
• Mentor maintenance and EHS staff and train production teams on safe practices.
• Lead improvement projects for plant modifications and equipment upgrades.
