Job summary

Passepartout Phils., Inc. is seeking a competent Maintenance and EHS Supervisor to strengthen the Maintenance Department at its facility in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.

The role requires overseeing daily maintenance, EHS activities, and continuous improvement across three plants to ensure safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree, relevant certifications, and hands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, with strong leadership and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering required.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and plant facilities.
• DOLE Safety Officer certification (e.g., BOSH/COSH) and DENR Pollution Control Officer accreditation preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations to ensure safe, efficient machinery and facilities.
• Lead EHS activities across three sites with audits and risk assessments.
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate procurement of spare parts and tools to prevent production interruptions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation (SOPs, manuals, checklists).
• Mentor maintenance and EHS staff and promote continuous improvement.
