Job summary

Diwa Learning Systems, Inc in Makati is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for the maintenance and repair of office equipment and machinery to ensure efficiency and safety. You will conduct minor repairs, report issues to the OS Manager, and respond to urgent maintenance needs, while keeping up with schedules for air conditioning, generators, and network cabling.

Responsibilities

• Checks and inspects the conditions of office machines and equipment to secure its safety and efficiency
• Conducts minor repairs on office machines and equipment
• Reports to the OS Manager any problem that could lead to damage of the equipment or threat to the equipment and the people of the company
• Attends to maintenance problems needing very urgent attention even prior to reporting to the OS Manager
• Responds to calls or requests from OS Specialist for minor repairs on office machines and equipment
• Maintains awareness of the maintenance schedules of office equipment such as the air conditioning system, generator sets etc
• Attends to requests for electrical and network cabling
• Conducts testing and commissioning of the finished cabling
• Submits material consumption reports upon completion of any maintenance job
• Attends to messengerial requirements when the needs arise

About the role
