About the role

We are looking for a hands-on, dependable, and resourceful Maintenance Technician who will serve as our primary point person for all office repair and maintenance concerns. If something breaks, leaks, malfunctions, or needs fixing - you're the one we call.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the on-call problem solver for day-to-day office maintenance issues
• Perform basic electrical work (lighting, outlets, minor troubleshooting)
• Handle plumbing repairs (leaks, clogged drains, fixtures, water lines)
• Carry out minor construction and finishing work such as painting, cementing, patching, and repairs
• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid recurring issues
• Coordinate with external contractors when problems go beyond basic repair
• Ensure the office facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained at all times

About you

• Proven experience as an all-around maintenance or handyman
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and basic construction
