Job summary

Cyden Medicale Trading Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a reliable maintenance helper responsible for keeping the office, building, and surroundings clean, orderly, and safe. The role covers basic repairs and on-site support for staff and technicians.

You will handle electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry tasks, monitor supplies, assist with deliveries, and ensure equipment is kept in good condition. Work hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or vocational training required.
• Experience in maintenance, utility, or janitorial work preferred.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Hardworking, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and willing to do field work.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of office, restrooms, pantry, and surrounding areas.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs—electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry.
• Assist in office setup, furniture moving, and event preparations.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies and cleaning materials.
• Check and report building damages, leaks, or malfunctioning equipment.
• Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries and materials.
• Water plants and maintain outdoor areas if applicable.
• Run office errands as needed.
• Support other staff and technicians on-site as needed.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly kept and maintained.
