Job summary

Stolt-Nielsen is seeking an Infrastructure Support Specialist (Intune Administrator) in the Philippines. You will own Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager for end-user devices across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS, implementing policy enforcement, compliance, and secure access.

You will collaborate with IT security and global support teams to manage patching schedules, vulnerability remediation, and security baselines while delivering routine dashboards and training to teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 3+ years implementing Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager in enterprises.
• Microsoft Certifications: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, and Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Intune/Endpoint Manager for device and application management across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.
• Configure and support MDM/MAM policies and compliance profiles.
• Coordinate patching via Intune and Windows Update for Business; track remediation.
• Create dashboards on compliance, patch status, and vulnerabilities; train teams.
