Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily machining, welding, and fabrication activities.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet maintenance and repair schedules.
• Ensure components meet technical specifications and inspect finished work.
• Manage inventory of tools, consumables, and raw materials.
• Coordinate with maintenance planners and technicians to align shop activities with goals.
• Train and mentor machine shop personnel in machining and safety practices.
