Job summary

One Vogue Pte. Ltd. seeks a Project Engineer - M&E to coordinate mechanical and electrical works across project sites, ensuring installation quality and timely completion against approved drawings and schedules.

You will review M&E drawings, collaborate with REs/RTOs for inspections, monitor subcontractors, verify quantities for progress payments, and assist VO pricing. The role requires on-site coordination with safety adherence.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in M&E works within the building construction industry.
Good knowledge of M&E drawings, site coordination and installation works.
Familiarity with QA/QC inspections, progress claims and variation orders

Responsibilities

Assist the M&E Manager in coordinating mechanical and electrical works across project sites.
Monitor site progress, installation quality and work completion according to approved drawings and project schedules.
Coordinate M&E drawings, including CSD and individual services drawings, and ensure accuracy before site implementation.
Conduct QA/QC inspections and coordinate with REs and RTOs to clear inspection requirements on schedule.
Monitor M&E subcontractors and vendors to ensure works are carried out according to approved specifications and requirements.
Verify completed works, material quantities and supporting documents for progress payment claims.
Assist with variation order (VO) cost verification, documentation and preparation of pricing recommendations.
Attend daily site coordination meetings, coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with site safety and approved work methods.
