Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Research Analyst for the Corporate Transactions Collection team in the Philippines. You will collect, maintain, and update database information from official sources and ensure timely delivery to clients.

You will work under the Team Lead and may be onsite full-time during training, with shifts based on business needs. The role emphasizes accuracy, meeting individual and team targets, and participation in process knowledge testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in commerce, business, finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, confident thinker capable of multitasking and meeting targets.
• Analytical and numerical abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work on shifts and be assigned to other projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day execution and delivery of individual goals across assigned tasks.
• Meet quality, timeliness and productivity metrics.
• Attend all training on process, methodology, workflows, and systems.
• Maintain clear communications on updates and new procedures.
• Understand FactSet content, especially Private entities content collection.
• Adhere to procedures and maintain database integrity.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and adapt to ad hoc requirements.
• Attend meetings and participate in skill-enhancement courses.
