Job summary

FactSet Philippines, Inc. is hiring a Research Analyst to collate and update database information from official sources, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients. You will work under a Team Lead, with on-site training and rotating shifts as needed.

You will build knowledge of FactSet content, especially private entities, and maintain high standards of accuracy while meeting individual and team targets.

Qualifications

• Graduates in Commerce / Business Management / Finance / Economics or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, confident multitasker with initiative and detail orientation.
• Analytical and numerical skills with ability to work independently or in a team.
• Completed internal department training programs and willingness to shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day execution and delivery of individual goals on market tasks.
• Hit quality, timeliness, and productivity metrics.
• Attend training on process, methodology, workflows and systems.
• Track communications on updates and new processes/procedures.
• Develop understanding of FactSet content, especially Private entities workflow.
• Adhere to procedures, documentation standards, and database maintenance.
• Participate in knowledge tests and ownership of assigned tasks.
• Adapt to ad hoc business requirements and attend meetings.
• Participate in skills enhancement courses.
