Job summary

FactSet seeks a Research Analyst in the Corporate Transactions Collection team to collate, maintain, and update data from official sources, ensuring timely delivery to clients. Shifts rotate and onsite work is required, with full-time commitment during training.

You will contribute to achieving individual and team targets under supervision, maintain accuracy, and expand knowledge of FactSet content for private entities and deals.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce / Business Management / Finance / Accounting / Economics or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, confident thinker proficient in multi-tasking.
• Intermediate analytical and numerical skills.
• Willing to work on shifts and be assigned to other projects.
• Completion of internal department training program/s.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a group setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day to day execution of your goals on your market and other assigned tasks.
• Achieve quality, timeliness, and productivity metrics.
• Attend all training requirements for process, methodologies, workflows, and systems.
• Keep track of all communications on updates and new processes and procedures.
• Acquire understanding of FactSet content, particularly Private entities content collection and workflow.
• Adhere to systems procedures, document analysis measures and database maintenance protocols.
• Participate in Process Knowledge Tests and demonstrate ownership of tasks.
• Adapt to ad hoc business requirements.
• Attend meetings and skills enhancement courses.
