Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Market Data Analyst in the Philippines to join the Data Operations and Licensing Team. You will manage third-party data, monthly reporting obligations to exchanges, and coordinate with clients and data providers.

You'll oversee workload, track progress, and contribute to departmental projects while partnering with Sales, Finance, and Product Development. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree, fluent English, and strong Excel/Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders and vendors.
• 1–2 years in a specialist role or equivalent.
• 2 years in global financial markets and market data distribution.
• Strong computer skills including Excel and MS Office.
• Attention to detail and ability to grasp new concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking FactSet’s monthly reporting and operational workflow; invoice validation, pricing updates, documentation maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal groups (Sales, Finance, Product Development, Legal) to support data vendor processes.
• Contract management with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to departmental projects independently and in teams with limited guidance.
