Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Coordinator to help integrate newly acquired businesses and drive cross‑functional initiatives across the organization. You will manage projects from initiation through delivery, maintaining plans, RAID logs, risk registers, and status reports, coordinating with senior leaders and UK stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management roles leading complex initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects with shifting requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to produce stakeholder communications and project docs.
• Solid PM practices: planning, RAID logs, status reports, risk management, coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support and help lead the integration of newly acquired businesses across the organization.
• Manage and coordinate project work from initiation through delivery and close-out.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers to project success.
• Collaborate with operational teams, senior leaders, and acquired business stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare project documentation, updates, communications, and reporting for UK stakeholders.
• Coordinate rebranding activities for acquired businesses in partnership with internal design teams.
• Plan and execute internal and client-facing communications related to acquisitions and integration projects.
