The role emphasizes coaching and developing junior staff, delivering actionable insights, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to safeguard client interests and ensure successful transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or finance with at least five years of relevant work experience.
• CPA license would be advantageous.
• Ideal: proven audit and/or M&A transactions experience in a large professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements for M&A and transaction-related projects.
• Analyze financial performance, trends, and key business drivers to identify risks and opportunities.
• Evaluate business forecasts and assumptions and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Prepare and review due diligence reports, presenting key findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams throughout the transaction process.
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members to support their career growth and performance.
