Qualifications

Our Transaction Diligence professionals focus on providing comprehensive due diligence services for mergers and acquisitions. The goal is to ensure clients make informed investment decisions, negotiate favorable terms, and achieve successful, value-creating transactions.

As a manager, you will manage financial diligence projects, evaluate business performance and forecast assumptions, and provide actionable insights to clients throughout the transaction process. You will also play a key role in coaching and developing staff and senior team members.
