Job summary

Cobden & Carter International is seeking experienced Deal Advisory professionals across Supervisor to Senior Manager levels to join our transaction advisory practice in Makati City. You will lead end-to-end deal engagements, perform complex financial analyses, and deliver strategic insights to support client transactions.

Responsibilities include pre-engagement planning, risk documentation, valuation modeling, market research, and presenting findings to client leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA credential is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in deal advisory, financial due diligence, valuations, or business modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in transaction analysis, financial modeling, deal mechanics, and valuation techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end deal advisory engagements, ensuring deliverables align with firm standards.
• Direct pre-engagement activities, risk documentation, project planning, and ongoing engagement administration.
• Execute detailed financial analysis, quality of earnings assessments, valuation models, and market research.
• Utilize research tools to analyze targets, industry trends, and business environments for deal support.
• Interpret complex financial data and present actionable advisory insights to internal teams and client leadership.
• Assess transaction rationales, valuation drivers, and deal structures to identify strategic implications.
• Supervise, review, and mentor junior transaction team members and manage engagement files.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to drive business development and client relationships.
