Qualifications

• 7–10 years in a similar professional services role; FDD experience mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side advisory engagements and act as primary client contact.
• Draft and review FDD / VDD reports focusing on earnings normalization and working capital analysis.
• Develop operational insights using data analytics to identify profitability drivers and risks.
• Build sector expertise across industries and advance the firm’s industry capability.
• Project management: scoping, planning, staffing, quality reviews, progress tracking.
