You’ll call inbound leads from social media ads, confirm selling intent, ask brief qualifying questions, and guide them to share vehicle photos before connecting them with our senior broker. You’ll excel as a natural conversationalist who earns trust quickly, keeps calls relaxed, and takes meticulous notes in Salesforce.

Formación

• Proven experience in appointment setting or phone-based sales.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, friendly phone presence.
• Able to build rapport quickly and keep conversations low-pressure.
• Experience using a CRM to log notes and update leads.
• Capable of handling high call volumes while staying energetic.
• Strong written English for precise lead notes.
• Independent, conscientious, and reliable.
