The role requires deep destination knowledge, exceptional listening, and the ability to turn client descriptions into meaningful conversation and opportunities. Remote work with a client-first, consultative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native North American English with clear, natural articulation.
• Warm, polished phone manner suited to high-net-worth conversations.
• Strong consultative communication to perform in-depth needs analysis.
• Familiarity with Italian regions or ability to quickly learn destination knowledge.
• Proficiency with Zendesk CRM including calling and logging in tickets.
• Experience with Calendly or similar scheduling tools for real-time appointments.
• Ability to read between the lines and uncover full travel plans.
• Excellent written email communication; brand-aligned.

Responsibilities

• Reply to inbound luxury travel enquiries by phone and email as the first touchpoint.
• Place outbound calls to new leads within 15 minutes of enquiry during shift hours.
• Conduct in-depth needs analysis covering destinations, dates, party size, budget, and timeline.
• Ask follow-up questions to uncover additional opportunities beyond initial enquiry.
• Draw on destination knowledge to suggest relevant options for the Travel Designer.
• Clarify budget parameters excluding international airfare where applicable.
• Explain that a Travel Designer will follow up during European business hours.
• Book the Travel Designer's follow-up call via Calendly and confirm verbally and in writing.
• Write up detailed notes in Zendesk with the ticket.
• Send qualifying emails with Calendly invitations where no phone number is available; follow up after calls.
• Handover comprehensive briefs to Travel Designer with notes the same day.
• Flag high-value leads for priority Travel Designer attention.
• Escalate questions beyond Concierge knowledge to Travel Designer with same-day response commitment.
