Job summary

Ten Lifestyle Group is seeking a French-speaking Travel Lifestyle Consultant to join our Spain-based team. You will design tailor-made journeys for a premium clientele, combining luxury knowledge with a passion for service excellence.

You will advise premium cardholders by phone and email in French and English, handle end-to-end reservations, create itineraries, and present exclusive promotions. A track record in travel, GDS knowledge, and destination expertise are highly valued.

Qualifications

Professional fluency in French and English (C2)
Several years of professional experience in travel industry
Experience handling flight and hotel reservations
Experience serving luxury or VIP clients
Knowledge of luxury travel and destinations

Responsibilities

Advising our clients – premium cardholders – by phone and email in both French and English
Handling customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips
Making reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies
Creating tailored offers, travel documents, and detailed travel itineraries
Passionately advising and facilitating unique travel experiences
Actively selling special promotions and exclusive offers
